Crafting & Delivery Times

Every treasure is made by hand, so it begins its journey only once it is poured, set and finished. Please allow time for both crafting and delivery.

• Crafting — 5–7 days for most pieces; made-to-order series may take a little longer (noted on the product).
• Standard delivery — 5–8 days after crafting.
• Express delivery — 2–3 days after crafting, offered at checkout.

Where We Ship

We send treasures across the world. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country. Delivery windows for international orders are estimates, not guarantees.

Packaging

Each piece is nestled in shredded kraft, wrapped in paper and closed with a wax seal — so it arrives feeling like a small gift, kept just for you.

Because we craft to order, treasures cannot ship same-day. Thank you for your patience while we make yours.

Tracking

Once your treasure leaves the shelf, we will email a tracking link. You can also follow it from your orders.
