Every Myosorie squishy is made from a soft, skin-safe silicone-based material, with a satisfying, slow-to-settle squeeze and a firm, substantial feel.

We use non-toxic, skin-safe materials. That said, many of our squishies carry small decorations that can come loose during handling, and some come in fairly wide bags — which makes them unsuitable for younger children. They're better suited as collectibles and desk companions for adults than as toys for small kids. Please keep them out of reach of young children and pets.

Not exactly — and that's part of what makes them handmade. The colours, shapes, surface details and the placement of decorations may all differ slightly from the product photos and from one piece to another. Visible brush strokes and slight asymmetry are normal traces of handwork, not defects. If you have a specific preference for a colour or decoration, let us know before ordering and we'll do our best to send you one that's reasonably close.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and the available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, which takes care of encryption and payment security — we never store your card details on our side.

Yes — within 24 hours of placing your order you can cancel free of charge, and the payment is returned to your original method within 3–5 business days. For a change, please contact us with your order number as soon as possible. After 24 hours the order has entered picking and packing, so whether a change is still possible depends on how far along it is — get in touch and we'll do our best.

Prices are examples for our standard-size pieces. Your exact shipping is calculated from your parcel's weight and size and shown at checkout before you pay.

Because our squishies are 100% handmade, our production capacity is limited and popular designs often sell out. A pre-order lets you reserve one from the next production run: you pay in full at checkout, exactly as you would for an in-stock item, and we'll make one and set it aside for you. You'll need to agree to the pre-order terms before placing a pre-order.

We commit to shipping your pre-order within 30 days of your payment clearing; if a particular design is in especially high demand, we'll prioritise its production so it reaches you sooner. In-stock items have shorter crafting and delivery times, shown on each product page and at checkout.

We also run a shop on TikTok. If you're in the US and the item you want is still in stock in our TikTok shop, you can buy it there. Note that buying on TikTok is different from buying on myosorie.com: for the same item, the TikTok price is often higher, but shipping tends to be faster.

Yes. Because our squishies are all handmade, restocking takes time, and the timing is arranged around our production progress and demand. If an item is open for pre-order, you can reserve one from the next production run through a pre-order.

Whether we restock a particular item in the TikTok shop depends mainly on demand from customers in that region — including the number of pre-orders and favourites. Once demand is high enough to justify stocking it, we arrange the restock around our production progress, so restock timing can vary from one design to another.

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of the date you actually receive them. You may open the packaging to inspect your squishy, but please keep it unused and keep the original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping. We're very sorry. Within 48 hours of receiving your order, please send a photo and an unboxing video to our shopkeeper, and we'll remake or refund it for you — no need to send anything back. Please note: a complete unboxing video is essential in this case, and it's critical. If you can't provide an unboxing video, we can't guarantee a full refund, though you're still welcome to get in touch. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full details.

Because each one is made by hand, no two are exactly alike. Colour differences from the sample photos, shade variation between pieces, differences in where accessories are placed, visible brush strokes, uneven coating and slight asymmetry are all normal characteristics of handmade production — they are not defects, and we're unable to offer refunds or extra compensation for them.

Keep it away from direct sunlight and sharp objects, and when storing it, don't leave it squashed flat for long periods. To clean, gently wipe it with a soft, slightly damp cloth — don't soak it, and don't use strong cleaning agents. Treated gently, it'll stay with you for a long time.

You can, but we generally don't recommend it. Much of a squishy's sound comes from the bag flexing, so taking it out of the bag takes away a lot of the fun. On top of that, a squishy kept in its bag tends to keep better.

That's exactly how we prepare them — as a super-cute gift! Because everything we sell is handmade in small batches, each one is unique and feels more heartfelt than a mass-produced item.

If you'd like us to handwrite or print a card for you, get in touch. We don't offer this as a standard service yet, so we can't promise it in every case — it depends on the situation. That said, we plan to open up this service in the near future.

Myosorie is an independent little shop selling fine handmade squishies — made in small batches rather than mass-produced. Everything is made by hand and shipped worldwide. The name comes from Myosotis, the forget-me-not flower: little things, long remembered.

Myosorie currently has two main official purchase channels: our TikTok shop and the myosorie.com website.

We don't offer squishy-making tutorials for now. In the future we may post tutorials on our social media channels — if you're interested, you're welcome to follow our social accounts.
