We accept all major cards. Your details are encrypted and never stored on our little shelf.

Within 24 hours of ordering you can cancel free of charge — just write to our shopkeeper with your order number. After that your order has entered picking and packing; see Returns & Refunds for what happens next.

Every piece is made to order, so allow a little time for crafting before it ships — the dispatch window for each treasure is listed on its own product page. Delivery options and their estimated times are shown at checkout.

Treasures may be returned within 14 days of arrival, unused and in their original wrapping. See Returns & Refunds for the full note.

We are so sorry. Send a photo to our shopkeeper within 48 hours and we will remake or refund it, no return needed.

Keep it away from direct sun and sharp edges. A gentle wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth keeps it lovely.

All resins are fully cured and our squishies use skin-safe, non-toxic materials. They are keepsakes, not toys for small children.
